Work directly with clients implementing ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Full training provided — no prior experience required.
Implement behavior intervention plans and assist in skills acquisition programs under direct BCBA supervision. RBT certification preferred; support available for those pursuing it.
Lead client assessments, design individualized treatment programs, and supervise BT/RBT staff in a collaborative, small-caseload setting. Supervision hours available for those pursuing BCBA certification.
